We offer hands-on physical therapy and customized fitness classes, personally tailored to your body and your goals. Whether you're working through pain or looking to stay strong, Carri will help you move better, feel better, and keep doing what you love. All ages welcome.
Because a long life should feel good.
Aging doesn’t mean slowing down or living in pain.
After years in traditional healthcare systems that treated patients like numbers, I founded Strive Therapy Systems to offer something different: hands-on care that’s personal, empowering, and built around your goals. With over 20 years of experience, I help clients in every season of life stay active, recover from injury, and feel at home in their bodies again.
I’m a holistic physical therapist and fitness coach helping active adults move better, feel stronger, and stay independent—without medication or rushed care.
Welcome to Strive
From hands-on physical therapy to personalized classes and education resources, Strive offers movement-based care designed to reduce pain, build strength, and restore confidence.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury or managing chronic pain, we focus on helping you move better, build strength, and return to the activities you love.
Our goal is lasting relief—without relying on medications, injections, or surgery—so you can stay active and in control of your health.

You'll practice foundational exercises that help prevent injury and improve the way you move—both in class and in daily life. Modifications are always available to keep it safe and effective for your body.
Align & Core
Strive’s small group classes support how your body moves today—whether you’re returning after an injury, managing joint pain, or building strength for everyday life. Led by a licensed physical therapist, each class includes clear guidance and personalized modifications, so you feel supported and confident throughout. All experience levels are welcome.
Return to confident Movement
Ongoing visits are one-on-one, 60-minute sessions with a licensed physical therapist. Treatment is hands-on, with progressive home exercises. Manual therapy is the foundation, with techniques like cupping or KT taping used as needed.
After your session, we’ll review what we found and map out a plan that fits your goals, your body, and your level of commitment. No guesswork. No pressure.
Your initial assessment lasts 60–75 minutes and starts right on time. We’ll talk through your concerns, assess how your body moves, and begin hands-on treatment the same day—so you leave with clarity and a plan.
Before your first visit, you’ll receive a brief medical questionnaire and consent form by email. Sharing your history helps us understand the full picture and get to the root of what’s been holding you back.

“Carri has been absolutely amazing! I’ve been having back problems for about two years now and since I’ve been going to her in August, it’s been more than manageable! She also has workout classes where you can go at your own pace and I’ve relearned how to properly work out.”
— Jonathan Eno
“My goal was to address persistent muscle tightness in my legs after workouts. Carri took the time to identify the root cause of the problem and developed a plan tailored specifically to my needs. Through corrective exercises and guided workout sessions, she helped me make noticeable, lasting improvements.”
— Christina Merk
“I have spent a lot of time and money trying to resolve pain and chronic muscle tension issues over the years. After the first few visits with Carri, absorbing her wealth of knowledge and receiving her manual treatments, I finally feel like I understand my body better and can use breath and posture to overcome imbalances and weakness which are the root of the problem for me, most of the time . Her weekly classes allow you to put her techniques to use during a workout and under her watchful eyes! ”
